Pinterest is the answer to everything.  It really is.  Here i was browsing for all things random when i came across this little gem: a daily exercise guide/cheat sheet, if you will, perfect for someone like me who doesn’t know how to switch up my routine.
Half of the stuff mentioned here i have no clue about like, what the heck is a Russian Twists? Sounds scary.  And a Jack Knife Sit-Up. OMG!   Anyway guys, i found this way too cool not to share.  I’m going try and start following some of these next week.   Join me!
