Today I’m 16 days strong into my 30 Days Bikram Yoga Challenge! Yay!!! And although i am quite proud of myself for sticking with it this long, i am also a bit disappointed. At this time i can’t say that i’ve lost a single pound. I’ve pretty much been stagnant and if anything i feel like i’ve gain 2lbs. This is upsetting and its not helping to motivate me in the least bit.
Have i noticed any other changes? I think i have. I think my waistline appears a bit smaller… i think. And i definite found slight muscle definition in my arms… but still. I guess i’m looking for the quick fix when what i need to do is practice patience.
Could it be my eating habits? I wonder? For the most part i’m a terrible eater and i say this in the sense that i don’t have a set schedule. I hardly have breakfast so i’m quite grateful for the different flavors of SOYJOY bars sent to me earlier (great timing), these really help to get my day started. Lunch is often a salad and dinner can be anything and normally happens anytime between 7PM and 3AM. I need to figure out a better system.
But anyway, i will continue until i finish the 30 Days challenge i committed myself to. I shall wait and be patient. Sigh.
